Lance's Guide Service is a fishing guide service in Northeast Oklahoma with three full-time guides.
Dominic and I were greeted with very high winds yesterday morning. My crew wanted a channel catfish trip and Dominic's crew wanted a hybrid striper trip.
With the high swells and light catfish bite it was difficult. We switched gears midway through and got on a good hybrid striper and white bass bite. Dominic had a great hybrid striper trip with a beautiful flathead that put up quite the fight.
I had a second trip with John and his son. We had to search for them and struck out at several locations before landing on a very large school of aggressive hungry fish.

Brad and I both had super fun groups this morning for hybrid striper and white bass. Brad also had a good catfish trip a couple of days ago. We may get one more week of good shallow water blue catfishing and then we'll take a break from them while they're spawning.
Hybrid striper, white bass, striper, paddlefish and crappie will be our targets for the summer. Don't forget, Dominic and I both run our jet boats for the heat of the summer striper trips. These trips are a fun beautiful outdoor adventure with clear cool water as we travel through inches of water in our jet boats.
