“Fished with Lance today, Monday, Sept. 10, 2018. Bite was kinda slow, but Lance kept working and moving until we had a nice mess of Blues. On the last stop, Grandson Sean caught a 50 lb Flathead, pictures all around, then released the fish to swim and make babies. Grandson Skyler caught a 20 lb blue, also pictures and release. Fun trip. “Had the trip of a lifetime yesterday with Lance. He is by far the best guide I’ve ever seen. Lance is amazing on his electronics; and taught me a lot of tricks to really up my game. He actually targeted trophy catfish! I caught not one but two magnificent trophy fish back to back! I can’t tell you how much fun it was they fought so hard it felt like I was hooked up to a truck. My arms burned so bad I could hardly raise them and in the boat was close to 90 pounds of catfish- you couldn’t wipe the smile off my face. We added 6 more eater size catfish to our total after that. Lance is the kind of guy you would want for a neighbor. My wife Missy was sick and unable to join us that morning but Lance went way over what most guides would do. We picked her up from where we were staying and after lunch took us back out so she had a chance to catch a fish also. He stayed a couple hours longer than the normal guide trip; what a first class guy and does he ever know his stuff.
